It is really important never to alter your medication unless under the supervision of your physician. It should be unnecessary to ever attempt a change of medication alone if you have a good stopping prozac and healthy relationship with stopping prozac your doctor. If you can't work with stopping prozac your doctor easily and feel heard by them then probably a good idea to find a physician you can.
